Our Solution to Your Challenges
Micro Data Center for Decentralized IT Infrastructure
Flexible Infrastructure
made in Germany
Modular use of water-cooled high-performance systems such as HPC/GPU/ASIC. Both indoor and outdoor solutions are available.
Structural and technical fire protection, access concepts, standards compliance and certifications for infrastructure that works reliably in the long term.
High Performance
Direct water cooling enables high power density with low noise levels. Depending on the hardware used, different temperature levels of up to 65 °C can be provided for waste heat utilization. Intelligent reuse of waste heat is possible from the transfer point onwards.
Complete Project-Specific Automation
Revenue prioritization, cooling circuit optimization, waste heat control, colocation billing, thermal protection and automation of operating processes – with local control and full data ownership. Optional AI module for self-optimization through anomaly detection and predictive analytics.
Specific Use Cases
- High-performance computing for edge applications
- Modular expansion of existing infrastructure with self-contained, secured units

What is Vaiking?
Vaiking is software that consolidates operating data from IT, power distribution, cooling and building services in real time. Monitoring forms the foundation. Optional automation and AI modules enable rule-based interventions with status checks and result validation, dynamic thresholds, anomaly detection and predictive maintenance.
For colocation applications, energy and operating data can be recorded per tenant and provided via interfaces as a basis for billing. Existing systems are integrated via open protocols such as REST API, SNMP, Modbus, BACnet and KNX.
The optional AI module can be operated on-premises or within dtm group’s German data center infrastructure. The models work with the historical operating data of the respective system and require no external AI services.
