Four Value Creation Areas
Our infrastructure is designed so that it does not depend on a single source of value creation. By combining multiple revenue streams, known as revenue stacking, we create a robust model with natural diversification.
DIGITAL COMMODITY PRODUCTION
Our data centers continuously generate Bitcoin through the operation of highly efficient, water-cooled hardware. This digital commodity production forms the foundation of the value creation model.
GRID SERVICES
The infrastructure can adjust its power consumption within fractions of a second. This flexibility qualifies our facilities to participate in balancing energy markets, for which grid operators provide financial compensation.
HEAT SALES
Water-cooled data centers generate high-quality waste heat at temperatures exceeding 70°C. This heat is sold under contract to local off-takers, transforming what was once a cost factor into a source of revenue.
TAX STRUCTURING
Depending on the specific circumstances, the chosen corporate structure – either as a GmbH or a GmbH & Co. KG – may offer attractive tax advantages, particularly with regard to depreciation opportunities and trade tax optimization.

We structure a dedicated project company for you (either a GmbH or a GmbH & Co. KG), build the data center infrastructure, and assume full responsibility for ongoing operations.
As a shareholder, you receive a turnkey project. From company formation and commissioning to ongoing reporting and participate directly in the economic performance of the infrastructure.
