The event attracted approximately 1,500 participants from the DACH region. A comprehensive program was offered, including expert lectures, workshops, and panel discussions. Additionally, around 400 people attended the freely accessible side event to gather information and inspiration.
The afternoon kicked off with an exclusive program – presentations on Bitcoin by women for women, organized by “Les Femmes Orange.” The afternoon was initiated and moderated by Rachel Geyer, Head of Education & Company Spokesperson at terahash.energy GmbH, co-founder & board member of EBEA e.V., and co-founder of Les Femmes Orange.
This was followed by the special exhibition on Energy & Mining. As part of the long-term partnership with Volksbank Raiffeisenbank Bayern Mitte eG, terahash organized the side event, a combination of exhibition and expert talks. While companies showcased their various services and products, attendees could listen to interesting talks on Bitcoin mining. Among others, Mads Rehling (terahash.energy GmbH) spoke about the indispensability of Bitcoin mining for the economic location of Germany, and Fabian Weber (terahash.energy GmbH) moderated a panel on “More than just saving in Bitcoin: Bitcoin mining as an additional investment strategy.” The special exhibition was well received.

In the evening, the main conference began. In the main hall of the municipal theatre in Ingolstadt, renowned speakers from the Bitcoin scene, podcaster Niko Jilch, YouTuber Roman Reher, and many others gave presentations. Kristian Kläger, CEO and Founder of terahash, also spoke on stage about the topic “Bitcoin as ESG Technology & Energy Infrastructure: Economic and Ecological Opportunities for the Economic Location of Germany.”

It was a successful event organized by Volksbank Raiffeisenbank Bayern Mitte, led by Chairman Richard L. Riedmaier and Deputy Andreas Streb. Together with terahash, VR-Bank aims to expand its possibilities within its Bitcoin strategy with the broad expertise of terahash in the field of Bitcoin and mining. And thus, together, provide education and develop solutions for the customers.
