Terahash.energy GmbH was founded in 2022 as a spin-off of the renowned Kläger Group, which has been in business for over 75 years. The group includes Kläger GmbH, Kläger SPC GmbH & Co. KG, and Vema GmbH & Co. KG.
The family-owned company, founded in 1949 and now managed by the third generation, is headquartered in Neusäß, Bavaria, near Augsburg. Another location is situated in Hartha, Saxony.
